「We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. 「Beck's Bed & Breakfast is a sweet jewel of a place in a remote region of the Crooked Tree Wildlife Refuge (a birder's paradise). Robert and Becky are warm, incredibly knowledgable hosts and provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of vacation stress and more tourist dense areas. If you love birds and plants and two sweet dogs you will love staying here. They had Christmas decorations galore so we didn't miss out on the Christmas spirit. We wish we could have stayed longer. 「The resort was beautiful and very well kept, both the grounds (including beach and pool area), and the rooms! Maid service everyday with fresh towels, trash disposal, made beds, filling up water jugs, sweep, mop… the works! We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view suite and it was perfect for our family of 4.
