「This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still...

「The property was great!! Pools and beach was clean and well maintained. Staff for the most part was helpful, but they were definitely welcoming. The gym was well maintained and supplied with drinks and towels. The spa personnel and services were A 1. I recommend this hotel for the amenities and the close proximity if you wanted to try other things off the resort.」

「Loved the complimentary pool / beach reservations. And I was able to upgrade at the adult pool to pool side. The staff was very kind and helpful. Oscar and Marlene at the adult pool were very engaging and friendly. The property is very clean and walking distance to restaurants and shopping, either along the beach or sidewalks. There are many activities organized each day from yoga or Pilates to cooking and Roulette 101. I would highly recommend going to the Hyatt in Aruba.」
