アルメニアのプールのあるホテル

「The hotel has a beautful modern lobby where you feel like business lounge. But the rooms are still remain as old design. Additionally, my room's toilet kept running the water, it keeps making nosie. I asked receptionist abou fixing or changing the room||, later on a builder came to try to fix it, but it wasn't completed. Finally receptionist said the hotel will order a part and fix tomorrow. But no one came on next day. I asked the anoter receptionist(because of the shift) but she even didn't...

「Room service and cleaning was ok, staff were super friendly, above and beyond, pool was ok , location very convenient!」

「The property is old and rather tired. The cleaning staff are proficient under challenging conditions. Although the windows are double glazed, the seals are worn, so the room is subject to traffic noise. I don’t feel I received value for money here.」

「30年前アルメニア独立の年の夏のちょうど今頃にもこのホテルに泊まった思い出のホテルです。外観は当時の雰囲気をとどめながらも、現代的なホテルにと変わっていました。30年前もセバン湖へのタクシーの手配をお願いしたりお世話になりましたが、今回の宿泊でもホテルのスタッフの皆さんにお世話になりました。 事前に連絡しなかったのにアーリーチェックインの対応をしていただき、夕方までのチェックアウトの延長も対応していただきましたし、フロントでご相談したことも悉く端的であったので無駄な時間なく短い滞在を楽しめました。 次回またエレバンに来る際にもこのホテルを利用したいと思っています。」

「隣室が大騒ぎして眠れなかったので、フロントに申し入れたら、すぐに対応してくれた。チェックイン時にキーカードのアクティベートか成さられておらず、掃除婦に確認したら、フロントに行くよう言われ、コテージから極寒の屋外にでて、フロント間を往復させられた。」
