「Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel.
They have lots of p places.
And a nice garden which surround it.
Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge.
We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working.
( It was 30 degrees hot) ?
The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations.
The gym looked good but did not try.
Did not try breakfast either.

I stopped Yerevan 1 night to see Khor Virap and arrived from Tbilisi at evening time.
I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions.
I checked out hotel at very early morning and asked to call taxi. They arranged so smoothly with kind suggestions!
Comfortable equipment, kind staffs, I really recommend this hotel. I am traveling around the worlds and stayed so many international hotels. But I really recommend this hotel.」

"It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive ones, sad to say."
