「Clean home, air conditioning, quiet and relaxing」

「This review is based on our experience we stayed for one month. this place is clean as you arrive and the ambient so calming great for a weekend or even a week , yet this home is not built for long stays the bed will hurt your back and space was not designed for comfort but a place to sleep. Communication with the host was minimal as it took a couple of days to get a reply unless they needed something from us, drainage system works great till after 2 weeks of stay it doesn't get the pressure...

「The property is so beautiful and unique! The contact checked in before our arrival to make sure everything would be in order and offer early check in. She provided helpful tips also. She was quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay, but we had few questions as anything you could hope to need was already there. The place was immaculate and we felt very much at home. I loved watching the horses and they were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area....

「AC was very nice, room should have been cleaned, and/or at least empty trash can. Room #100 felt like it was siting directly in the intersection of Hgwy 74 and 220. The noise was terrible from the cars and trains.」

「Place looks like it rents by the hour. Bathtub filled with water while taking a shower, the room smelled like weed, there were bugs....just a bad stay for the price.」

「Definitely the dirtiest room I've been in. Food in the fridge. Disgusting stain on the chair. Ripped mattress inside a mattress bag. Mattress bag had mold on the zipper. Bathtub looked like it had been used at a frat house for 20 years. We went to Walmart and got sheets and pillows. The gentlemen at the front seemed friendly. 」

「They refused Me the room. They said they Only do walk-in. I said I had Booked the room on-line and they said TOO Bad and to leave the motel . They said the booking in-line cost charges a fee and that they will not allow.at to happen」

「We had a wonderful stay at this home in Rockingham. The location was perfect — close to Hamlet and just a short drive (around 30 minutes) to Southern Pines. The house itself was clean, well‑maintained, and very spacious. Our family of 10 fit comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this property for families or groups visiting the area」
