「Bad exreience. service is very bad. a guest room door was not working. It took 2 hours to foix my room door. A reception desk and facility manegemen have bad communications. Totally I could not enter my room for two hours!! I have used this hotel many years, but service is getting worse gradually. 」

「Food was great and staff helful.」

「Clean room, courteous staff, and delicious breakfast. However, the wifi was terrible. It kept coming on and off, disrupting my online meeting for the first 2 days. It was better afterwards, but it fluctuates early in the morning. Apart from this, GTA is a nice nd safe place to lodge. I will give it 7.5 out of 10.」

「We had a good stay but the hotel does need some repair but it was a ice quiet stay」

「I really recommend, the people were welcoming」

「The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Very Friendly and professional」

「It was not a good experience. I did not stay because it was so dirty. There was no formal check-in process. When I arrived there was no knowledge that a “hotel” existed.」

「The staff here was simply amazing」

「Nice job, no complaint's.」

「The dining and food was world class. Best fried rice and chicken ever.」
