「The check in process was simple, quick and efficient. The entire staff was amazing! I was traveling with my 4 grandsons ages 1,3,6 and 7. The hotel was definitely kid friendly. We booked the family room and it exceeded our expectations. The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Other than that 10/10. 「I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition!」

「Cracked arms on the chair in the room exposing the foam padding. Second time staying here & both times the mattress was saggy and had no support. Seemed just worn out. No AC in halls - stuffy & stagnant air. Nice staff…the place just needs to be kept up in maintenance and upkeep for the price per night.」

「Very new hotel, but the floor had not been cleaned and a lot of hair had fallen. And when I was sitting in a chair,I found a lot of hair. scared! I was surprised at 5:40 when the clock alarm sounded.why!?」
