"The hotel hallways and stairwells reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. We were with m another family that experienced the same in their area of the hotel. The chair in our room was completely broken, shower and bathroom son would not drain. The other family with us reported mold in their refrigerator and dirty blankets. When we asked the staff if we could possibly move to another room - we were told they were fully booked except for smoking rooms. We also needed a couple of towels (family of 4 with only 2 towels in the rooms). When we asked the staff for two more towels they only had 1 towel and a bath mat. they didn’t have any more towels. We weren’t expecting a five star experience - but have stayed in plenty of hotels at the same rate with no issues at all. We even tried to call hotels within the area to see if we could switch hotels completely, and unfortunately nothing was available.i wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"The staff was very nice but the hotel requires a professional deep cleaning, repairs to room electronics and furniture and rodent extermination. Our first room was filthy; hair on the bath towels, thick brown mildew in the sink, nasal mucus on the bathroom walls and the bath fan was in need of immediate repair. Our second room’s nightstand had exposed electrical wires, an unpleasant odor and mice in the bathroom. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but our stay was just miserable."

"Front desk lady was very helpful with the WiFi which was not easy to get into but worked well once the young lady helped me. Shower curtain rod was broken although useable. Breakfast was 3 out of 5 with eggs and sausage. Room was neat and clean but hallway carpet looked to need vacuuming."

"When checking in, the staff acknowledge that I PIF with a 3rd party and requested validation of the last 4 digits of the card. As I was pulling up the information, he continued with his spiel of the room/restaurant/check out, etc. At the end, he requested I enter my card for incidentals and when I looked at the terminal, it was for ~$500! He “mistakenly” tried to charge me the full amount of the room again. This card is only used for travel and hasn’t been used in months. Three days later, I have fraud attempts on my card! Entering the room, it looked nice. Upon further inspection, you can tell it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The fan had half an inch thick of dust in the blades, the doorways/frames and corners were filthy (with dirt, mold and hair), mold all over the walls (which I get is hard to control by the water), the bedding and carpet had rips all over. Lastly, checkout is “before noon”. The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8:30! We told her we were staying til about noon, and she still tried entering two more times before noon!"

"I booked a room for my friend and they decided to sleep in their car because there was debris on the bed linen, a random big flying around and the plumbing wasn’t working properly. I was so embarrassed for having her stay there. I wish I could get my money back!"
