「Everything was great. It is an interesting place. Breakfast was superb. The only downside was that there was no one there to greet us when we arrived. They had an envelope with our name on it in a box with instructions. In the morning, I went up to the tower/widows walk to see the view. Then we had the great breakfast and conversations with the inn keeper. It is convenient to the regions attractions. 」

「I fell in love with this beautiful farm, its miniature horses, sheep, Poe the goat, the beautiful landscape, the privacy from the road, & the location to Peddler's Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Sitting on the porch rockers in the evening was so relaxing despite the cold temps outside. Jeff, the owner was a superb host, and his breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day as well as to meet the other guests for some wonderful conversations. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home...

「Great place to stay. Away from it all but close enough to New hope, Lumberton, Lambertville and frenchtown. Peddlers village is just 10min away. Rooms are exceptionally clean as is the property. It's right on the Delaware River. Great views. Nice bar in on site. Nice little breakfast in the morning is included」

「A bed to lay our heads & to rest which was difficult anytime someone came in the house.Uncomfortable listening to others in their bedrooms & sharing a bathroom.」

「Property was very central to everything we needed to attend for the weekend, continental breakfast was both hot well prepared and very fresh, property had plenty of parking and was locked up at night with each guest given a room key and main building key. 10/10 will be back 」
