「Perfect location, friendly host! Mostly I have no complaints. However, there was an evident lack of cleanliness in some areas. For example, other people’s hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. Dirty pot in the cabinet. Things like that. I went ahead and wiped everything down anyway. But I feel there should’ve been someone that “deep” cleans the property before the next guest arrives. 「I will stay here again. It was a great location for my visit. Lots of room and amenities. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting the St Louis area. 「The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs...
