This charming 1 bedroom- 1 bathroom Duplex is the Perfect Haven for a Weekend Getaway or a productive business trip! Nestled in the heart of St. Charles, it's located on the historic South Main Street. ​​​​​​​The living room features plush seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows or movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, providing everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, from that essential morning cup of coffee to a family dinner. All the appliances and utensils you require are at your fingertips.
The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower. We've ensured that you have all the modern amenities you need, including high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. Private driveway and off-street parking are also available. Experience the perfect blend of history and modern comfort by booking your stay at our St. Charles duplex today.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units, we must make you aware of the following:

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

The Not Fun Stuff:
-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
-An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.

Adorable Place in St Charles

This house was perfect for my husband and me and our little dog while visiting family for a few days. It's super cute and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, plus off street parking. And, most importantly (IMO) it was CLEAN! I would definitely stay here again!!

St Charles/St Louis visit

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cute one bedroom, clean duplex. Only a couple blocks from old St Charles where there is lots of restaurants on Main Street and like shops. We will be back for sure.

Okay Place for Short Stay

The home was nicely decorated and clean except for a lot of dead bugs in the basement where the washer and drier are located. Very small with minimal supplies and no extras but okay place to stay for a short stay. It was close to downtown which was nice but also a bit noisy at night due to traffic.
