"I was surprised about how run-down this hotel was. I haven't been to a hotel as run-down in a long time. The TV didn't work properly (we were told it was happening in the whole hotel), the hot tub was out of order, all the electric outlets didn't work at the same time (thus melting everything we had in the freezer). I'm not convinced the beds were queen-sized (though that's what we booked) but I was too frustrated to actually measure. I got what I paid for and I paid for the cheapest hotel in the area."

"This was an awful motel. It smells like cigarettes right when you walk in, the lady at the counter was quite rude, and our room didn't have soap. The bedding felt like it was made out of cheap scratchy polyester and was hard as a rock, although the pillows were alright. Only 1 outlet worked in our room and the tv had maybe 20 crappy tv channels, none for young kids. There was over 30 people in the tiny pool and hardly any room to move. To top it off the walls/ceiling were extremely thin and i spent all night listening to footsteps, talking, flushing, and someone getting down in the bed above us. I had to have music on loudly on my phone so my kids could fall asleep. I absolutely do not recommend this place and yes it was cheap but for $140/night you would think it would be a little better. "

"I had a very frustrating experience during my stay this weekend. I booked a king room with a pull-out sofa so my family and I could comfortably stay in the same room. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that they no longer had that room type available. Their solution was to give us two separate rooms for the price of the one I booked, which at first sounds generous. However, the rooms were nine doors apart, meaning my 16-year-old daughter and friend would have had to stay alone down the hall. That completely defeated the purpose of booking a room with a pull-out sofa so we could stay together. The staff blamed the booking website, saying it allowed the reservation even though they were sold out. However, the hallways were always empty the entire time we were there, which made that explanation questionable. They also placed us in a disability-accessible room, saying it was the last one available. While standing at the desk, I overheard the employee on the phone telling someone they still had a single queen room available, which made the situation even more confusing. While I appreciate the attempt to compensate by offering two rooms for the same price. I did take the offer since it was late but I still ended up paying 2 state taxes and 2 room oppupencies. I felt it was poorly managed, especially since our confirmed reservation had been given away. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expect when I make a reservation in advance."

"Blinds did not keep out the light from the parking lot at night, room was right next to the very loud ice machine, pillows were terrible, and I must have missed the note stating the location was currently being remodeled. "
