"The room obviously had not been cleaned in a while. There were no towels. There was no hot water. There was no heat and the temperature got down to 23 degrees that night. Everything was dirty including the bedding. The sheets had obviously not be changed in awhile. I am reporting you to the Health Department for filth and depravity at the room and on the property. You should not be open for business and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even pretending to speak for you."
