But when our family of 6 arrived after a full day's drive, we found the beds lacked sheets and pillow cases, and that the bathrooms had no wash cloths. There were none anywhere in the property. We attempted to contact the host multiple times — 4 texts, 4 calls, and even a call to VRBO support. She...
