「Clean, comfortable and very accommodating staff!」

「The room was good and clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. Your location otherwise was great and very convenient to visit the surrounding areas. Thanks」

「The housekeeping staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. And when they came in to do housekeeping, they made the beds so nice and left tons of fresh towels. The breakfast was decent and the dining area very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which had plenty of towels and was clean. We are at Cactus Red's across the parking lot and had some amazing shrimp fajitas! We will definitely stay here again!」

「When we checked into our room the staff at the front treated us as if we were pretty much non existent. As we walked down the hall halfway across the hotel for an elevator, we were met with extremely strong smoke and skunk-like odor through the hall and very strong at the elevator. When we got to our room, our beds were dirty with small bugs and dirt as well as bugs and wasps throughout. Our bathroom had many lose and strange fixtures that seemed more broken then helpful like the toilet paper...

「This Hampton is part of the Ogden historic district. Recognize the historic value of the location. Parking was a bit disjointed and not easy unless you drive a compact. Disappointed in room bathroom, vanity counter, too deep, watery mess. Amenities; no hair dryer, something I count on as a Hilton Honors member. Front staff a bit friendly; overly dramatic and questioning in the type of room booked, Pointing out possible error. Just a bit different. Will choose a different Hilton location,...
