"The arrival was perfect and the agent was extremely pleasant and efficient. Less than five minutes from checking in to heading to my room. Being in the music business, I am really aware of Music in public spaces. I found the music to be oddly quirky and too loud. It was inconsistent with what was otherwise a nice hotel. The room was lovely, good size and clean. Had two problems that aren’t related. I could not get the room to cool off at all. Got warmer no matter what I did. Finally, I turned off the air unit and literally opened the patio window all night second, the multi outlet charging station bedside was hit or miss in terms of working. It’s a great idea, but it just didn’t seem to be in good condition. It takes a long time for the shower to warm up; the bathroom amenities, including soaps, etc., are very nice The restaurant was great for breakfast which is all I had.
