However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. "Had a really comfortable stay, chalet was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Location was perfect for getting about every where we wanted and Dartmouth harbour was 7 mins away in the car. My only criticism and it’s not really of any concern is that the outside lacks curb appeal and gives you a wrong first impression as the inside is fine for what it is."

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."

"The staff are so lovely, from check in to breakfast, all staff members were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough. I had a couple of queries about the area and the person checking me in took the time to help me. The room was spotless and finished to a very high standard. The whole hotel felt luxurious, it was quiet and the breakfast options were great. I will definitely stay here again when in the area, thank you to a wonderful team for a fantastic stay! "
