「The hotel facilities are good. We were waiting in line to get in, but the woman at reception was already helping other guests and seemed to ignore us a little. She also spoke very very fast. If that hadn't happened, it would have been great. I wondered if it was because we were Asian. It was the first unpleasant feeling I had in the UK on this trip. It would be helpful if there was a shuttle bus to the airport terminal.」
「We stayed in a very lovely triple room, loads of space and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and staff were very friendly. The receptionist was brilliant and took a shinning to our 8.5 month old son. If I had to be picky we didn't have any towels in our room nor teaspoons for coffee. But a quick trip to reception fixed that.
That thank you bag is a really nice touch.
The hotel is on the flight path to Manchester airport do you can hear the places flying overhead but it's not too bad.
