The state there was excellent the property and every essential you can think of was fully loaded the only issue was the code process. We got locked out and it tried to reach property manager and could not so we reached out to BRBO and they contacted him but with no avail we were unsuccessful however we did manage to get into the

Horrible experience

The owner was at the property when we arrived with vehicles in the driveway and he would not leave and the place was dirty and he was still cleaning. He went in the backyard and played with his dog while we were unpacking all of our belongings. The closets were full of clothes and one bedroom was full of stuff so no one could stay in there. We did not stay there and still have not received a refund from VRBO and we have been in contact with them numerous times as well as a manager and supervisor.. We have used a Vrbo numerous times and never had a problem until now. All we want is a refund at this point because we were unable to stay at that property.
