The home is equipped with window air conditioning units in every bedroom as well as in the living room, kitchen, and dining areas, ensuring comfort throughout the space. Each room also features its own electric heating system for year-round temperature control.

Inside the unit, you’ll find a top-load washer and dryer for added convenience. All Queen bedrooms are furnished with metal platform bed frames and 14-inch Novilla memory foam gel mattresses, comfortably accommodating two guests per room.

Bedroom 4 includes four rolling folding beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

Basic set-up but just what we needed. Plenty of hot water available. Washing machine was fine, but the dryer needed at least 2-3 cycles just to dry an average sized load.
