「Good spot with a water view and great access to Salem!」

「Delightful place to stay. Only glitch was that there is another unit upstairs. It was occupied by a family with at least one small child who was very heavy footed and was often up and moving during late evening/early morning times.」

「This property was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We loved the decorations and it added to the Salem vibe. I had some difficulty checking in due to the keypad malfunctioning so I was locked out for about two hours. To be clear I in no way blame the host these things happen and he contacted me and gave me alternate entry instructions. I would book this VRBO again」

「Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair...

「The place was suitable and cost effective for what we were looking for. Owner was very nice. Public transportation pickup was very close and accessible. Linens were all clean and fresh. Appliances all work and well kept up. Arcade games were a nice touch although one was inoperative. Don’t expect the Ritz but it is a clean safe place to stay. Noise level was unexpected as neighbors came and went constantly and walls are paper thin. Toiletries were scarce for a family of 4. Overall it was a solid...

「This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. For instance, there was only one fork, 4 spoons, no coffee mugs, no measuring spoons/cups, no pot holders, no dish towels, etc. when we contacted the host letting them know these things were missing, they did...

「House was clean and comfortable, area had a convenient store nearby and local restaurants to eat. We had a great stay.」

「Property was great, didn’t realize the stairs involved. Lots of pollen on rooftop and balcony. Sean was amazing with communication on a few items. We would rent again without elders. Awesome location.」

「A great location in a cute neighborhood. Very comfortable. Very responsive host.」

「There is a steep stairway (about 20 outside steps) to the second floor apartment which is not mentioned in the property description. It was a a bit intimidating at night in the rain. I would not stay there again. It was a lot of work carrying our luggage up the stairs.」

「What communicative hosts! They made the trip as smooth as possible. The lock box was our only minor snafu. It took us a bit to find the right one because there are a few. But that was really nothing. The place was spacious, clean, and quiet for the city. They had coffee and tea with the fixin’s available. It was a great stay!」
