「Great」

「The Lodge at Old City Hall delivers an exceptional experience with spotless rooms, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail of our stay was wonderful, making it a place we'd highly recommend and happily return to!」

「The room was clean staff was friendly but I feel like it was meant for workers .. our hall way smelled like marijuana a lot of screaming through out the night will not stay there again」

「We needed a late checkout, and the attendant at the desk was able to accommodate as quickly. Thank you.」

「Conveniently located right off the interstate」

「Room was new and clean even though the outside was a little dated. Definitely stay again」

「The hotel's staffs always very helpful. Clean and comfortable room, easy to park, and computers available for you in the reception area. I will definitely come back to this hotel.」

「Very comfortable bed! And great shower heads!」

「Parking is easy. Since 2021, whenever I visit the Knoxville area, I stay at the Jefferson Inn. I get in late, so I rarely eat the breakfast before I leave the next morning. It's quiet. The TV works fine. Bathroom is good. Staff is helpful. One time, I accidentally left my driver's license at the motel. They soon mailed it back to me. I will continue to stay there.」
