Room was clean an very comfortable. Only thing that woumade it better is full length mirror was in bathroom thatwould've made it better is if the full length mirror was in the
The room was immaculate and the staff were so friendly! Definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip.
I would note that if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs—you can hear a lot of the highway traffic from inside the room. Still a great hotel and would stay here again.
Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it.
Room was clean- freshly renovated. Perfect for stopping to sleep on a long drive. Free breakfast was smaller than most other hotels. Bathroom was small. Since it matters to some people doors were outside. You can hear traffic but not a deal breaker. Very close to buccees.
Ok so this started out as a bad experience so read the whole review. We initially arrived and there was an issue with the reservation. Apparently they changed ownership or chains and there was a technical issue. Mind you we arrived on New Year’s Eve after driving over 4 hours. So that wasn’t even what upset me. What was very irritating was the girl at the front desk could have cared less. She had absolutely no customer service skills and offered no insight or help as how to solve the issue. She was just rude and lazy and gave me dirty looks, the whole arrival experience was awful. I waited nearly 30 minutes trying to resolve it through Expedia. I ended up just repaying because I wanted to get to our room and relax. I did get it resolved but did not receive the full amount back. Ok so overall the room was clean and comfortable. The next morning we continued our trip. But first we decided to get coffee in the lobby. Upon entering in the morning Chris was very welcoming and that made a big difference after the initial arrival. He was very helpful and upon checking out gave an explanation of what happened and refunded the additional amount that Expedia had not. Because of Chris’s friendliness it turned the whole experience around. I really hope he gets some sort of recognition. As for the other girl she really needs to be retrained or replaced. She is not good for the Hilton name. I did not catch her name or think she even had a name tag on or I sure would post it.
Overpriced. First of all, don't let the Hilton name deceive you, it's a motel not a hotel; the rooms all open out to the parking lot. Second, while the room was clean when we walked in, the heater spewed black gunk all over the floor over night. Third, the location was super noisy with very loud motorcycles and trucks going down the highway just outside at all hours of the night. Finally, the breakfast wasn't great: just some bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice.
