There’s was lots of hair in the tub and whole bunch of dead bugs in the curtains,tables and floor it was so disgusting. I’ll let the staff know about and all they said was “ I’m very sorry” and didn’t do anything about it.. so disappointed with our stay at this hotel .

Person at check-in was friendly. Room we were first put in had not been finished cleaning by housekeeping and this was at 8:30pm. We were moved to another room and that room was missing the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that should be locked into the shower wall. Also the room was missing the hair dryer.

Was told we were upgraded to suite for free but when we arrived were told they couldn’t. Was also told I would get a discount on the room but my card was still charged in full for the stay. Coffee pot was moldy with old coffee left in it. No parking spots were available so had to park off the road into the grass.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was newly renovated, super clean, and looked absolutely amazing—modern, fresh, and very comfortable. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. When the event I was attending got postponed to the next night, they went above and beyond to help me out. They were incredibly understanding and were able to move my reservation without any hassle. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a beautiful room. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
