"Room is clean. Some of the staff, like the cleaner on 14/F are very nice and attentive while some of them, like front desk staff, have poker faces.
What slightly confusing us was a notice about calling front desk to collect takeaway packages, I did what it said to collect my CREM cake package but the staff was terribly confused when I called.
We also notice there were two cans of soft drink in the fridge but we were uncertain whether they see complementary or not.
