"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"The flat is very spacious, bigger than we were expecting, and comfortable. The private outside area is definitely a plus. The flat is clean and feels like a home from home. It is in a great location. Just 10 minutes from the train station, and very close to all the parts of Naples that you'll want to visit. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and friendly, good and easy communication. We had a great holiday and if we go back to Naples, we'll be sure to book here again."

The property is on the fifth floor and the lift is small and old but it works perfectly fine and we had no issues with it. The room was light and airy with a huge window. "We loved the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic the only thing that made me feel unsafe was that there was a person on the 4th floor that was not a guest sitting in the chairs my elevator asking for water being a parent with kids in a separate room it did make me feel uncomfortable not sure if the property has security . Great location close to a lot of the sights in Naples "
