"The breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed here for one night, and it was okay for a short stay—but nothing more. The hotel is very small, and there’s honestly not much to do, especially during the day. I ended up sleeping for part of the time because it was pretty boring. The first impression wasn’t great. The front desk staff didn’t feel welcoming, and there was no one available to help with luggage. Also, there’s no elevator, which made things a bit inconvenient. I understand it’s a boutique hotel, but even then, the overall experience just didn’t meet expectations. At check out we had to ask someone to help us back down the steps , left the key in the room the girl had the nerve to tell me I had to go back up the steps to get it , had to school her on hospitality very ridiculous. Was advised it’s European hotel so don’t except much so there’s that ! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re visiting Curaçao. I’m not really sure why it’s so hyped—it just didn’t live up to it for me."

"We were very pleased with the location! It was right in the middle of everything. The room was good and the bed comfortable although a bit soft. We stayed 8 nights. Thursday through Saturday were quite noisy although, oddly enough, we had no issue sleeping. Noise stops at midnight. Staff was excellent. Would stay again."

"A/C worked fine, cleanliness brelow average, evidence of black mold on ceiling. Toiletries were smallest quantities we have ever seen."

"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels. "
