「Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.」

「Very nice hotel and room. Staff was very nice and helpful.」

「Room walls and bathroom not clean, pink mold at shower drain, thin towels, worn out towels, worn out and stained sheets, I hope I can post pictures. WiFi not reliable. Provided breakfast just ok, the scrambled eggs were cold, no meat choice. Nice location.」

「Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. A huge shout-out to the front desk attendant who checked us in with a great attitude at 10:30 PM, and was back bright and early at 8:30 AM covering an extra shift with the same friendly energy. 「What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably.」

「The place is fine for a quick one night」

「No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with」

「Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while」
