"Great location, sadly spoilt with the extensive rework of the complete vicinity, hence difficult parking. Will look wonderful no doubt, but when?
Dining room and menu very good at reasonable prices.
Bedroom and bathroom adequate but not special."
"The road noise was obvious.
The room smelt of other people's smoking.
The room was warm and air con noisy. Couldn't have window open due to noise plus people smoking outside on the balcony.
TV not working.
Wouldn't stay here again "
"Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I' spent 55 years travelling on business every week so I've stayed in many.
I wondered why it was so cheap but it was one night only after a ferry crossing so taken in by the nice pictures on the website I booked it.
More fool me"
"Beautiful property and amazing host. Service was above and beyond in a number of respects. So so helpful and kind. And a delicious breakfast too. Lovely peaceful hotel"
"Overall the accommodation was OK, very minor issues with lack of replacement coffee/tea. Main issue was incorrect billing, with a charge for four sets of breakfasts when only 1 was taken.
Error was pointed out and bill amended. "
"Magnifique hôtel surplombant la baie de Deauville. De très belles prestations, repas raffiné et petits déjeuners offrant un très bluffet . Joli spa. "

"Beautiful classic Normandy style architecture, beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, outstanding service, excellent food. Perfect location in Deauville which is a special place. Loved it. "
"Great stay to explore Normandie. The breakfast spread was amazing. We had the family suite, 2 levels and very private. Bathroom and cups/dishes could be a bit cleaner, otherwise the rooms, bedding were all great. Free night parking right outside. Felt very safe at the marina. "
"A beautifully appointed hotel, with polite, friendly and professional staff, in a lovely part of France.
Having a view of the sea is always special too"
"Friendly, helpful and very accommodating front staff. Breakfast was great - lots of options - especially like the variety of breads, jams and eggs. Beds were very comfy. After a long and busy day at the sights and museum in Caen, we arrived about 7 pm expecting to have a nice dinner and a glass of wine. Unfortunately the dining room was closed because they were hosting a bus tour group. Ugh!! rather disappointing - the staff suggested several local restaurants or take out. So we decided on a pizza take-out and when I went back down to the desk to have them help me order, the kitchen staff took pity on a little old lady and made us a very nice meal with salad - and a big glass of wine. That was a sign of "above and beyond" and very much appreciated. A suggestion would be have a portion of the restaurant partitioned off for guests who are not on a tour - even just a portable type screen. Interestingly enough we were from Canada and we could hear the people in the tour group talking about "back home in Canada"
The dining room is beautifully appointed - outdoor patio looked very inviting - just that the weather didn't cooperate. Liked the parking lot - felt safe leaving the car overnight - rather than in a public parking lot or on the street.
Very quiet - had a great sleep
Would definitely stay again - and recommend it to others. "
