"The hotel was okay overall, but I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The biggest issue was the room itself — the “double” bed felt extremely small for two people, and the pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The lighting in the room was also incredibly dim, to the point where it felt like you needed a flashlight to move around at night, especially since the room was already quite tiny. The location was decent but a bit farther from most major attractions than I expected, so getting around took extra time. That said, the staff were genuinely wonderful and were definitely the highlight of the stay. Margo and Khalil were especially friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out."

"Nice welcome at check-in, quick as pre-paid so nothing to do except give ID. Location ideal, especially for using the viaduct to walk between areas, especially to Bastille. Evening staff a little more less helpful, but maybe that was the difficulty between languages, staff member was a little abrupt. Plenty of hot water. Negative part was the wet room/bathroom. Nice design, unfortunately the shower door did not stop any of the water getting out onto the bathroom floor. Which means the room floods unless you use the bath mat pulled right up to the outside of the door to stop water flowing. I guess the floor area in the cubicle could do with being slightly angled to stop this, or a better fitting door. However, we realized that this is what causes the smell in the hotel room. The water runs under the bathroom vanity so not getting dry so remains damp/musty. It would also be useful to have a mirror above the desk area for hair/make-up as not enough space in bathroom as sink in alcove and only one person can get to the mirror."

"overall i think the staff were the most disappointing- the staff gave the energy you were the worst burden of their life. i know english can be a task - but belittling eng speakers and make them feel less than is not customary in any language. or, maybe it was because i am gay checking in with my husband and the staff were homophobic? maybe? the staff were awful, mean, made us feel like we were less than, made us feel like we the biggest burden. absolutely definitely wouldn’t recommend for lgbt travellers - do better"

"A clean, basic hotel located in the 13th. Helpful staff. Room is spare but very comfortable. Public transit (RER) is close as is Station F, conference center and business incubator. Staff is always friendly. Don’t miss Restaurant Milord across the street for great food and the most reasonably priced menu degustation I know."
