"La Ripolina, a family owned agriturismo, was more than we hoped for. Laura and daughters bring such heart and dedication to insuring their guests enjoy their stay. The food, the award winning wine and especially the cooking class has left us with treasured memories."
"Property is closing and looks like it.
Very unfortunate, I was there 30 years ago with fond memories!
Obviously I should have done more homework!!
Very sad."
"We found the facility, very clean and the manager was very understanding and nice. A very nice asdortment of foods for breakfast was available. Would highly recommend this charming accomodation. "
"Amazingly beautiful place! Wish i could have stayed longer to enjoy the view but was just passing through. The apartment was so cute and clean. Any family would enjoy staying here. I would stay here again if i were in the area."
"Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again. "
"Really enjoyed our stay here. Farm house had wonderful character and charm. Hosts were extremely helpful. Wish we could have used all the amenities but alas it was winter; we will need to come back in the Spring/Summer. "

Recently restored Villa in Tuscany, sleeps 12, sw.pool, big garden, olive grove.
10/10 Excellent
"WOW!! What an awesome place! Pictures are great, but you really have to see this place in person to truly appreciate it! Such a beautiful property. The pool, the olive trees, the flowers, the rolling hills, this is exactly what I had pictured in my mind when I thought about Tuscany. This was a great base camp to come home to every day after taking day trips throughout the region. From the villa, it was a scenic drive for us to Sienna, Montepulciano, and Pienza. It was a little longer drive to Florence (glad I saw it, but not as cool as the smaller towns!) but very manageable. Host Jeannine was awesome! Very helpful with check-in and even made us a fantastic lasagna for our arrival! Highly recommend this property! Thanks for the hospitality! "
Villa in Montalcino, exclusive for you, stunning view!!!
10/10 Excellent
"This is a perfect villa in a perfect location. The interior is excellently equipped and is very comfortable and spacious, and the multiple external relaxing/dining areas are ideal for enjoying the incredible views in every direction, whilst the large pool is perfect for cooling off from the summer sun. The whole villa was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Luigi provided very helpful information about the villa and surrounding area in advance of our arrival, and was regularly keeping in touch during our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the most amazing two weeks in this fantastic villa, and we would not hesitate to return if we get the chance to do so again in future. Thank you, Luigi. "
Montalcino: Private villa in the heart of Tuscany, private pool, panoramic view!
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic property with stunning views - especially of the sunsets each evening. The kitchen has everything that is needed (and more). A really good sized pool, large beds and en-suites for every bedroom was such a bonus. The owner, Luigi, is so approachable, friendly and helpful suggesting places to visit and even organising a vet visit for our dog to have his medical check before our journey home. Montisi is a perfect Tuscan village beautiful but without the tourists and has a couple of bars, a couple of restaurants, a small shop for emergencies and someone who offers a watercolour painting session whatever your ability (would really recommend this with Elizabeth Cochrane)"
"Upon checkin was notified the hotel no longer operated a restaurant although their listing on Expedia said they had one and their own website lists a restaurant. No dining options for dinner and no breakfast available. No coffee or tea in room, not even a microwave. Listing also mentions a tasting room for wine-- none to be found. Place is very far from town so a car is a must-have. Place was deserted yet there was obviously a rambunctious family above my apartment, which had an overwhelming stench of RAID bug spray the entire time I stayed. Reception is inside an interior courtyard and does not open until 9am, I left the keys in the door as there was no drop box. Do not stay here. Property is allegedly in litigation limbo due to their wanting to renovate, but take my advice and stay literally ANYWHERE ELSE."
