"Quick and easy Friendly "

"Clean comfy room with good range of channel. Fast WiFi, nice bathroom and quiet even though close to runway. Had food in the sports bar which was really good along with nice service from staff. Special mention for the guys booking me in (didn’t get his name but a Liverpool fan (boo)) who gave such a nice welcome that I was immediately as ease with being there. Well done to him."

"Had to change rooms, but the front desk was very accommodating. That’s a sign of good staff; they solve problems themselves. As a result, we got a slightly nicer room, and he gave me a chocolate bar from concession for free. The bartender was very friendly as well. Little touches like that make for a plan to return here again when at Heathrow."

"We were stranded in London when our Air BnB host ghosts us. We found Premier Inn on Expedia and we decided to give it a chance. When we arrived, I had already paid for the two days and check in was a breeze. The room was large clean and lovely for sure. I would recommend this location to everyone, I know next time we are in town we will be staying here for sure!! One thing, maybe book straight through the hotel. I received my invoice for the stay from the Hotel and it turns out I would have saved 60 Pounds if I had booked it myself. "
