Loved every minute of my stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very stylish yet comfortable. Was in London during the tube strike but no problem as the Elizabeth line was easily accessible and running. There are plenty of restaurants around. There was also safe parking for my car. Lovely place to stay can only recommend.

This hotel is super cute, clean nd comfy. We did not have much time to enjoy it and had some rough time with our flights that made us only have a quick stop, but everyone in the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning—which was a lifesaver with the high temperatures in London this weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the train station. There's on-site parking available for £20, but we found free parking just outside the hotel as well.

Clean and comfortable, goood value for money.

Immaculately clean and well presented. Unfortunately when we enterrd our room it was not made up, housekeeping had missed it. We were quickly shown t another room and all was ok. Air-conditioning was excellent snd much appreciated.

Really loved our time here. Within walking distance of Tube so easy enough to use as base and to get around. We stayed as were seeing Coldplay at Wembley, good location for this. (Uber to Wembley £36 from here) Hotel finished to a very good standard, was nicely surprised. Staff really helpful and created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Only downside was parking. Could park on what is a busy residential street for free or pay £20 a night to use hotel car parking. That said, would definitely consider using again if coming down to London.

Lovely hotel. We only stayed for a night before a flight, but it was clean and easy walking distance of Hayes for food. An easy drive to Heathrow, and a more relaxing experience than the usual airport hotels with friendly staff. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that. The only downside was that our room was right next to reception so if noisy guests arriving late may wake you up, you might want to request a room further away.

Excellent staff !! Excellent rooms !! Amazing bathroom!! Air-conditioned!!! Super clean!!! The only hitch was that parking was first come first served and the parking available was sometimes super tight or you had to park on the road. It wasn't a big issue though, I stayed with family for 4 nights had an issue with parking only once.

Rosemay is more like a motel. Decent, but not really like a boutique hotel as represented. Furnishings & bedding felt makeshift. Staff were really great!

The room was lovely. Parked on the property and got blocked in by another hotel guest so couldn’t get out. Owner gave me a free breakfast
