「The whole stay was splendid. Paul is a wonderful host, a phenomenal cook, and a kind person. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the shower was a huge bonus to me. I love a piping hot shower, and detachable faucet so that I don’t have to get my hair wet or humid. Hardly any place has that! Our room did! The house has an interesting history, and I love the fragrance as you walk in. Like years of good breakfasts with bacon and coffee, nice furniture polish and books. It will be our go-to place...

The room was clean and the staff EVS cleaned very well. In a perfect world I’d love if the facility had rooms that had more high tech amenities like all digital window shades or a more sophisticated air conditioning unit. What was there was normal and acceptable. I had a pleasant stay.」
