「The 3 tier property has an amazing view of the the lake. Beach access was nice to relax at and take in the beautiful scenery. Kids enjoyed the floating dock and swimming. 」

「We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.」

「Fantastic views of the lake and stellar service. Accommodations were comfortable. The mini split heating unit in the bedroom made the room warm within minutes. There are lots of amenities on the property to enjoy in Spring and Summer. 」

「This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. 」

The appliances were all first class and kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need from pots /pans pans to dishes/glassware. The lake view was amazing from the back deck. The beach was perfect and kids and adults both loved the paddle boards, kayak, dock and especially the water trampoline!Plan to stay again when the new grandson plays at Cooperstown. 」
