Staff were friendly and resolved items that were missing from my room.
The room itself was fine however areas of improvement: wardrobe had chipped area which should be fixed, room needs more plugs in the bedroom area as there were no plugs near the mirror in the wardrobe which means difficult to do hair. Instructions in the room on how to use the coffee machine.

"It was a good stay EXCEPT the elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor. They brought all our luggage up, but I dragged it down the next day since they were busy. Everything else was good, but that was a pain."
