「Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! 」

「we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. 「This hotel took me a long time to find, also I was surprised about how far it is from the city centre. Future Inn is in the Derriford Business Park and is wel served by various frequent bus links into city and beyond. I had a lovely stay here, the room was a generous size with daily housekeeping included. It was very easy to request a disabled room. All staff were very approachable and friendly, and were able to advise me on local bus routes into the city. I was super impressed by the water...
