「The Front Desk staff were very good and Zubin, the Manager was exceptional in helping us navigate between the Hotel and Expedia when we needed to cut our visit by one day. All the other staff we encountered were friendly helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our biggest complaints were about the horrible monster pillows and heavy duvet. Had we been able to stay on, we would have enquired about normal pillows and blankets, which we would hope would have been available. The shower head...

「The room had long strands of jet black hair all over the bathroom. I’m bald so it wasn’t mine. There were silverfish in the room likely because of the cut open screens on the windows. The room was musty smelling and dim. The bathroom fixtures were ill working and pointed so the water jetted immediately into the middle of the bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it came on, which was every 5 minutes. The walls were paper thin, we kept thinking people were entering our room...
