「It was exactly how the listing looks and reads! Prior to booking Josh gave me the address so I could make the decision on if it was close enough to my venue and it was! My wedding venue was 10 minutes away from the house. It was so spacious and rustic chic, just my vibe. Love the keypad entry, made things so easy- especially when they texted the code instead of messaging so that was super helpful!! Amazing experience overall. Would stay again just for us :)」

「This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! One suggestion would be to have a small supply of paper plates/cups/untensils on hand for guest use. There were only a couple and...

「What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice.」
