「The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!! There were a few snags along the way but...

「We loved our stay. One blimp during the stay that we were not informed about that some items in the restaurant were not included in our all inclusive plan and required an upcharge. A waiter told us about that after we ate the upcharged fish. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to know about that before we ordered food. Anyway, the property is clean, the beds were a bit small but comfortable, food was great, drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend」

「The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants.」
