"Very nice "

"The best part of the hotel is its beautiful common area decor, pool is small but very comfortable and relaxing, the bars were lovely especially the outside bar was so inviting and a destination. The outdoor bartenders, Ashton and Gavin were so attentive and added to the stay. The indoor bartenders on Tuesday and Wednesday night basically wouldn’t give you the time of day for a very long time with customers sitting in front of them. The front desk staff was 100% amazing and accommodating. As beautiful as the hotel is in its common areas, the rooms left a lot to be desired. Our initial room was very small with absolutely no view, but they were quick to fix the situation as we were staying there most of the week so we greatly appreciated that. We had a maintenance issue, which did take three requests but on the third request someone came right away and solved the problem immediately and was very nice about it. "

"Started off a little rough. Ended up booking a room that had a guest already staying in it. The staff was amazing though. Not only were they really friendly and helpful but they also went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and we were beyond satisfied. We also had some concerns with parking as well and they made sure to accommodate our larger vehicle. The kids loved the indoor waterpark and the room was super clean. Will definitely continue to book with them for any future stays at myrtle beach. "
