「Our first time in Savannah couldn't have worked out any better! June made sure our stay was comfortable and easy. She thought of everything. Down to the personalized touches! Loved the separate exit/entrance but appreciated she was close by in case anything went wrong. Loved the location of the carriage house to so many of the places and things we wanted to do! We already want to come back and stay at June's again.」

「The master closet had stuff dirty clothes on the floor and clothes hanging . We did not use at all. The fence is in need of repairs . There is some type animal maybe under th deck there was digging on both sides when we checked it out before my little guy went into the yard . Did not see any but he smelled something. Other than this house needs painting of baseboards . Porch furniture was nice . Sorry but thought you should know .」

「Great residential quiet location for walking everywhere in the historic district. The house is well kept, bedrooms are large with 2.5 baths. Patio is a great relaxing private spot. My only issue is we had a hard time with the door lock upon arrival but staff was accommodating and helped us through the process.」

「After ravel hung out in pool before going to get supper (Hooters). Discovered downtown and had fancy steak dinner (Stone & Websters) and then more partying into early morning. Boat ride Saturday afternoon around Hiton Head Island. Fresh Oysters and She Crab soup on the island (Brother Shuckers). Back in Savannah in time to catch Hockey playoffs at a sports bar. Sunday up in time to go through checkout task and head for home. reat weekend.」

「This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.」

「Stayed in this house last year and loved it. This year it is evident that house needs some TLC, such as grout broken in shower, dusty ceiling fans and bathroom vents, and roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Please put out some bait and remedy this problem.」

「Stayed at the Brigham for my daughter's Savannah wedding and we were very pleased! The home had everything we needed, was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The view from the rooftop of downtown Savannah is amazing and the location was fantastic for walking around the historic area. The host was quick to respond to questions and super easy to book with! We would definitely stay here again in the future.」

「The location of the property is fantastic! Park the car and walk to everything. We were supposed to get married in Forsythe Park - but the weather changed and it rained like crazy! The house was so pretty that we just held the ceremony there and honestly it was even more beautiful of a setting than we had planned for. The house is well appointed and space is planned out well. 「The cottage was a great getaway for us to meet our friends! The 2nd floor balcony views are amazing and the furniture is comfortable enough to sit up there for hours looking out to the water and also for stargazing!! Definitely recommend this cottage!!!」

「Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again 」
