"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Free convenient parking. Room was quiet. Did not enjoy breakfast as the small room where food was located was very crowded and hot. Should have a larger space for the buffet style breakfast to be accessed and more tables instead of lobby to eat."

"Stayed in their small villa for 2 nights, longer I would of done the next size villa. Fully equipped, nice size balcony. Full of amenities to enjoy pools, bbcues, tennis courts. I always saw maintenance cleaning, no complaints there. Plan to stay again for a longer stay to enjoy all the amenities. Family friendly resort."

"The property and rooms were very well maintained. My only wish was that there were actual curtains in the room. As a parent of a toddler that needs darkness to sleep it was hard without some kind of curtain to completely block out the light coming through the shutters. Besides that my family and I very much enjoyed our time here!"

"The staff were very helpful and kind. The property was poorly maintained. The shower was leaking and there was black mold in the AC vents and on the ceiling around the vents. The bathroom had mold as well. For the amount of money that was being charged, it should have been well maintained. The room was old and dingy as well as the property. I was surprised because it is Hilton property. I’m glad that Hotel.com was able to find me another hotel to stay at. Everything worked out in the end but was very time consuming. Thanks again to the staff at Embassy Suites, very understanding and friendly."
