「I give this rental property 5 stars! James was very responsive and answered all my questions. The place had everything I was looking for and was spacious enough to accommodate 16 people (including one toddler). It had plenty of towels, dishes, and beds, so we didn’t have to use any of our own supplies. They even had pool toys in the garage, and the pool was very well maintained. The house was also very clean—there was nothing to complain about.」

「Brandon's home was as described. He was very attentive and had an open line of communication. Check-in was easy. The house was spotless and well stocked, and we loved the hot tub and the location to nearby hiking. Also, the workout room with the yoga mats was amazing. We had to leave LA due to the fires, and Brandon's home offered us a safe place to hang out for a while. The beds and linens were perfect. Thank you!」

「The home was just great! Clean and comfortable beds. The back door didn’t latch and lock but I’m sure they’ll fix it. We had issues figuring out the hot tub but they were very responsive and we figured it out. Overall, we didn’t love the town but the neighborhood itself was fine and clean.」

「The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. There were 13 of us, so the living and dining rooms were a little small. It was hard to all watch a movie together. The kitchen could use a couple of sharp knives and mixing bowls also a new can opener too. The backyard is very spacious with a beautiful pool and patio.Rita was great, always promptly available to help with any questions. 」

「We celebrated our daughter's 50th birthday with a family vacation and cheered her on an Ironman competition. Our stay was in the perfect location for the race. The property is lovely and well maintained. The house is very well equiped and the host was very responsive and promptly replaced items as needed.
