"Staff were rude and refused to help. They told me to contact the third party for help, then the third party said that the property staff are liable for my requests. The front desk refused to allow changing rooms, after I raised awareness of having children with me. Even after rooms were available, i was told me stay in my assigned room. A few times, the staff put me on hold and even ended up hanging up on me when I called front desk."

"This place is incredible all around especially by historic places that would definitely benefit the vacation of travel industry highly recommended to those that want to find a good place of historic museum things and that's what I highly consider for those of you who want to have a good experience when visiting this location the people are nice the areas nice it's quiet it's calm slow season and there's no body trying to mess up the day in that area so that's why it's highly recommended school and visit this place the places are clean everything is also situated it's very understandable for the price and what you're paying and for the area and where you're at also located next to a lot of really amazing shopping centers that are really cheap and can benefit your wallet as well"

"The breakfast offering included ham/pork, which does not align with the religious dietary requirements of many guests. When I raised this with the staff, they were very kind and quickly prepared an alternative dish that did not include pork, which I greatly appreciated. That said, it may be worth reconsidering the standard menu to better accommodate the diverse dietary needs of guests more proactively. Offering clearly labeled options or pork-free alternatives by default could help ensure all guests feel included and comfortable."
