"This is an older motel that the maintenance has not been kept up with. My shower did not drain properly even after I asked them to come fix it. "

"Stayed here many times but this time room was not cleaned properly. The shower was nasty with hair everywhere. Thank goodness I travel with my cleaning tote hooray for Clorox. "

"Staff watched a large group of people sitting in the lobby miss a shuttle to Universal without saying anything. Breakfast was not included "

"The hotel is nearly renovated and looks nice, however they are still in process and thing are still in need of updating. My tv didn’t work in any capacity and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow to where I couldn’t do work emails or steam video. Pretty disappointed with my stay overall. When I expressed my experience/feelings to the front desk I was offered free breakfast. Can’t say I’m satisfied with their resolution. "

"The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Pool area is very nice. Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault! Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again. "
