"Enjoy the room, the bed and pillows were the best compare to other hotels I stay at. Breakfast was good variety but same items each day. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Only con of the stay was the parking. Very limited parking."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient! The breakfast was good, but you definitely have to go early enough because they will run out of options. The area was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was we almost couldn’t find parking one night because they are very limited. Overall we had a great experience and would book again! "

"The stay was decent for a short visit of a couple of days. However, the check-in experience could be improved. When I arrived, there were staff members chatting and no one immediately available to assist. One employee eventually acknowledged me and informed a colleague that two guests were waiting. She helped another guest first, then stepped away without addressing me. After a few minutes, she returned and asked if I needed assistance, at which point I explained that I had been waiting to check in. I didn’t mind waiting, but the interaction felt a bit disorganized and not quite in line with what I’d expect from good hospitality. This seemed consistent with my general experience of service in the area. Overall, the property itself is nice, but it could benefit from more thorough cleaning to maintain that fresh, new-hotel feel."

"Get location with lots of great amenities."

"Place is very dirty. Rooms are small and very noisy. Blinds don’t block out outside lighting. A/C unit is poor. My daughter saw a large black bug in the bathroom during the night causing her to scream waking us up ( she’s 7). Bug scurried under door. We checked out next day even though we had 3 days booked. Staff told us we would be refunded for final 2 nights. We never received the refund. Pictures are deceiving. Use caution.."
