「The accommodation is a small studio flat which was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately, when the windows opened the road noise is too great to leave open and the room very warm so for me, not comfortable due to being too hot and poor quality sleep. There is a fan but only blowing around warm air so not great. Breakfast was okay but some food not that fresh, some of the rolls were from the previous day and a bit hard and some food put out for the 6am opening and still there an hour or...

「All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Anything extra we asked for was provided immediately. Ben, in particular, was outstanding. We felt valued as customers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and all the food was excellent. Being on a busy road, we were worried about noise but it was no problem at all and we slept soundly both nights. There was lots of parking and many blue badge spaces which we really appreciated.
