「After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process」

「Interior of hotel smelt bad. Bed was firm. Was directed to change rooms and when I tried to do that the staff didn’t know why I was directed to change rooms. So I packed up all my belongings during my stay and made myself available to do a room change for nothing.」

「領収書が現地払いなのに発行されなかった」

「Very cool hotel! But a couple items: the coffee machine in the room didn't work even though brand new and no coffee in lobby. Had to pay $5 for a plain cup of coffee in the restaurant. And.... yucky yucky yucky: the cleaning team walking in my room at 8:00 in the morning without knocking. Come on!!!!」
