When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process」

「As soon as you walked into the hotel all you could smell was marijuana. Room smelled-musty Breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Coffee was cold. Shower head was nasty with hard water stains. The hair dryer was sticky and dirty. And the shower when in made loud scratching noises. I will never stay at one of these hotels again, I’d rather pay a little more money eh and stay somewhere else.」

「The room was clean and staff were friendly. We did have to call the front desk to get some extra towels and they came right up. The hallway did have an odor of marijuana, but otherwise everything else was clean.」

「朝食を受け取れなった 空港までの送迎はわかりやすく有り難った」

「The guy in the front desk was not friendly and behave unproperly to foreign visitor like me who cannot handle good command of English.」
